Personal information and use thereof (a) What information we collect and why? When we refer to “personal information”, we mean the information we collect from you, based on which you can be identified as a person. As usual, this information can include your name, address, phone number (including mobile phone number), information about credit cards, nickname, email address, age, sex and marital status, but it could also include other information, such as habits and preferences on shopping and lifestyle details, such as hobbies and interests. We assure you of that we will not collect any personal data on your visit on our webpage unless you supply this information willingly, through an express and indubitable act of will. When you supply personal information through this webpage, we will mention expressly the way in which we intend to use the information (processing purpose) and we will ask for your consent to any such use. The usual purposes are the following: (i) Answer back to your requests When you send your personal information in the context of asking a question or submitting a request (for instance, about the company, its products or services, their quality or availability), we will make use of the information supplied in order to answer your question/request. Such cases may require, as the case may be: the publication of shortened data for winners’ identification, prize delivery, levying of legal duties, the rules could require the winners to take part in future advertising, etc. The promotion campaign can be managed on our behalf by third party agents (authorized agents, registered as well with the supervision authority for personal information protection) who may have access to the data you submit (see authorized agents). Any authorized agent will be introduced to you with his identification details and the express and limited operations provided by law that he is entitled to carry out. You will be acquainted and informed on detail on any requisite transfer of your personal information and in compulsory cases, your consent will be asked for expressly for such operations. (iii) Performance of a contract / purchase order We may use the personal data you submit to us, when you order goods or services, in order to fulfill such purchase order and it may be necessary to share such data with third parties such as the provider of card payment services or the goods/prize transporter. Such a personal data transfer will be carried out only with a view to complying to your legitimate interests or to performing the provisions of a contract. (iv) Future direct marketing Then when you choose expressly to receive advertising materials, we will send you beforehand information and/or offer on our products/services that we consider of interest for you. If you agree, we could share your information with or transmit it to other companies carefully selected, that would like to send you information and/or offers on their products/services, according to our mentions at the date of data collecting. However, you will be able at any time to retire from such a future contract (by unsubscribing). Such retirement/unsubcription will result in the stopping of such deliveries to you. (b)Duration of data processing Our intent is to maintain a permanent contact with our customers and to initiate tight connections with the prospective consumers. That is why, our purpose is to offer you an interactive page that amongst others, is intended to reward the loyalty of its visitors. In this sense, for a permanent contact, our intent is that the processing of your information be carried out for a longest term as possible. For any operation we intend to carry out on your personal information we will ask for your consent on the duration of data processing proposed by us or we will offer you alternatives that satisfy your needs. Security We take all the actions required by the laws in force to ensure the security of your personal information and we ask our authorized agents to do the same, under extremely severe contract provisions. We however draw your attention on that we may pass on your personal information, if required by law, against a search warrant, notification or law court decision. 5.Cookies, etc (a) Use of cookies A cookie is a string of “text-only” information that a webpage transfers to the cookie field on the browser of your computer hard disk, so that the webpage can memorize who you are. A cookie will usually contain the name of domain where the cookie originates, “lifespan” of cookie and a value that is usually a unique number generated randomly. Your rights According to the Romanian laws, that tends to harmonize with the EU laws on personal data protection, some of your major rights include: a) right to obtain on demand and free of charge for one request in a year’s time, the confirmation of the fact that your personal data are processed by us or not; b) right to retreat your consent to the processing of your personal data to which you previously consented; c) the right to obtain from the operator, on demand and free of charge: - as the case may be, correction, updating, blocking or erasure of data the processing of which infringes the law, generally incomplete or inaccurate data; - as the case may be, the turning into anonymous data, of data the processing of which infringes the law; - notifying of third parties to which the data were disclosed, any operation carried out according to the points above, if such notification does not prove to be impossible or does not involve a considerable effort compared to the legitimate interest that could be injured; d) right to oppose anytime, free of charge and without explanation to that your personal data be processed for direct marketing purposes on behalf of operator or third party or be disclosed to some third parties for this purpose. 7.
