DTH Television Group, the owner of Boom, has been set up in 2004 by the participation in the share capital of three international companies:
  • Milomor Trade & Communication Ltd. - public company set up in Israel, with a purpose in the communication field. It is part of Milomor group of companies which develops activities in the estate, bank, tourism and mobile telephony fields, in its country (Israel) as well as at an international level (Romania, Greece and other countries).
  • Erlan (D.D.) Investments Ltd. - public company set up in Israel, part of Erlan group, which has international activity in the estate, communication, energy fields, in Israel, Romania and Poland.
  • RP Explorer Master Fund - British investment fund.
